ACG 2026 offers clinicians, academicians, researchers, trainees, advanced practice providers and other professionals in the field access to experts for in-depth discussions on a broad range of cutting-edge topics in GI, hepatology, and endoscopy, along with the opportunity to network, share experiences, and see the latest advances in gastrointestinal technology and therapeutics throughout the Exhibit Hall.

The in-person meeting will take place October 9-14, 2026, at the Music City Center.

Virtual access to on-demand sessions will begin in October. On-demand sessions and recordings of livestreamed presentations will be available to both in-person and virtual attendees on the Conference Platform until March 31, 2027.

Attend ACG 2026 and get an immersive clinical review by adding excellent Friday courses to the weekend Postgraduate Course. Friday sessions include updates on GI Pathophysiology, GI Pharmacology, and a Practice Management Summit. Connect with colleagues and enjoy signature programs such as Endoscopy School Hands-on Workshops, the EndoTitans competition for GI fellows, ACG’s favorite quiz show GI Jeopardy, and at the SCOPY Awards celebrating the efforts of the GI profession in the fight against colorectal cancer.

For your convenience, ACG is offering a hybrid conference with opportunities for attendees and exhibitors to participate both in-person in Nashville and online through our ACG 2026 Conference Platform. Educational sessions will be livestreamed to virtual attendees and scientific posters will be available to view live in Nashville and digitally on the ACG Conference Platform.
